Q: Sample policy?

A: Sample is available, normally it takes 2~3 work days to prepare, and shipping samples to your country takes 4~6days by DHL; Sample fee will be refunded in your real order;

A: We are very sincere to do business with you, normally, after order confirmed and deposit paid, mass production will be arranged; we'll keep you posted about status of production. When it's finished, we will arrange shipment door to door to your global office;

Q: What’s the leading time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)         

  Answer: 2-3days for sample orders. 7-10days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).   

Q: How will you delivery my goods to me?    

  Answer: We always ship by international express, air and sea.  

5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.

Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
  Answer : The freight will be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.

  Answer: Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality according to AQL standard. The quality control system: IQC→PQC→FQC→OQC. Every process will be checked strictly.   50000Hours working span.Each finished product will go through at least 24 hours aging test before shipping

   Answer: Customer no need shipping RMA back, replacements will provided in new order directly!
